Began as an Assistant and advanced to the position of Valuation Analyst, where I was responsible for producing high-quality appraisal reports to clients under the direct supervision of an MAI Appraiser. My specialization is valuation of a diverse range of multi-family properties. Since 2020, I’ve completed over 350 multi-family appraisals with gross billings totaling nearly $1.5 million. Assignments have included market rate and partial/fully-affordable projects; existing, proposed, and value-add assets, as well as mixed-use (residential + retail/office) properties and vacant land.

Under my own supervision, maintained the cleanliness and safety of the property and the surrounding parking areas.

I worked with a ten person team tasked with leading the day-to-day operations at the summer camp. Duties included planning and organizing activities and games campers, as well as various events and activities for the whole camp. Later duties included maintaining the city’s activity center and coordinating the building’s events with four team members.

Greeted customers and processed transactions, handling both cash and credit sales. Provided a source of accurate and authoritative information for customer inquiries and concerns, as well as maintained the organization and order within the store.
