• Conduct in-field assessments of work to develop job scope for safe and efficient work execution• Produce detailed job packets containing tools, photos, pipe specs, torque specs, and bill of materials • Plan work for multiple units; including Utilities (Boiler Plant), Melamine, Urea, and Acid• Work with Operations Maintenance Coordinator to prioritize work• Coordinate with multiple crafts and resources to support maintenance execution• Track off-site equipment for outside repairs • Communicate with vendors to procure parts and equipment in a timely manner• Collaborate with Data Stewards to continuously improve asset accuracy and BOMs• Forecast costs estimates for large scale work with respect to parts, labor, and support resources• Pilot centralized maintenance kitting program

• Areas of responsibility include in Acrylamide, Acrylonitrile, Ammonia, Melamine, Sulfuric Acid, Urea, and Utilities units• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various pumps, exchangers, valves, turbines, blowers, vessels, and piping• Act as Backup Leader-man for Sulfuric Acid and AMD units

• Assemble Nautilus brand mobile offshore cranes

• Promote proactive safety programs to ensure safety and regulatory compliance• Track metrics such as Total Recordable Incident Rates, Behavior-Based Safety and Stop Work Authority reporting• Member and organizer of Emergency Response Team and Safety Committee• Prepare and execute presentations for supervisors, customers and new-hire orientation• Provide basic first aid and work with medical providers for injured employees

• Assemble large mooring, traction and storage winches• Refurbish Schottel brand Z-drives and bow thrusters
