I am an Epic Analyst Certified in Cupid, Radiant, Optime and Cupid Structured Reporting. I am currently consulting with South Shore Health, focusing on enhancing patient care through advanced Epic Systems analysis and integration. Partnering with the Radiant/Cupid team, we are delivering class-leading Epic Cupid Structured Reporting to invasive and noninvasive cardiology. This will create a more unified cardiology resulting experience, improving patient care and outcomes. My role specializes in invasive build processes, particularly for Cath, EP resulting workflows, and integrating third-party systems to streamline operations.I have been working as an analyst for over 6 years supporting the vast network of hospitals across multiple health organizations including MaineHealth (Maine), Inova Health Systems (Virginia) and Novant Health (North Carolina). I specialize in Invasive Cupid workflows including Cath, EP and Hybrid Labs. Some areas of focus include charging/log posting, security class build, hemodynamic systems integration, supplies and interface troubleshooting.I also have Radiant build and support experience. I am familiar with order entry, procedure build, tech begin and end exam navigator workflows, preference list build, department configuration, profile build, and more. I have built Interventional Radiology departments (IR) that support appointment-based workflows. I have supported multiple Epic go lives including at the elbow (ATE) support with clinicians.Before I became an analyst I worked in clinical as a Cath Lab Technologist for 6 years at two different hospitals including Maine Medical Center which is regionally ranked 1 in hospital in the state of Maine by US News. I gained an immense wealth of knowledge through clinical practice which has greatly aided in my skillset as an analyst.
