With this position, I was hired for an interim training-level position. I was entrusted with responsibilities and received core knowledge to become more familiar with staffing strategies. I learned more about job-seeking websites and softwares, and developed skills for cold-calling, candidate outreach, and hiring practices.With these techniques, I utilized the staffing platforms to source and connect with candidates who would be a strong fit one of many roles we were hiring for.

In this role, I worked as a freelance marketing specialist for a local Chiropractor's office while pursuing my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. I trained the doctor on social media and digital marketing strategies, and assisted with digital content for social media pages. I created engaging marketing campaigns and helped to promote them across numerous social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. When designing them, I crafted them in various ways to appeal to differing age demographics.

I began this role as a customer service specialist, and grew into a more managerial-level role. I supervised events for loyalty customers, created new sales and marketing strategies, and adjusted store promotions and displays to reflect upcoming products. I cultivated lasting relationships with both clients and corporate representatives to enhance organizational performance.
