With over 14 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, I am passionate about driving process improvement, delivering P&L results, and solving complex problems. As the President of AFB International, I lead the global organization that provides innovative and sustainable solutions for pet food and feed manufacturers. I oversee the strategic direction, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance of the company, as well as the development and implementation of the AFB culture and values. Previously, I was the Vice President of Ensign-Bickford Operating System, where I led the transformation of the manufacturing operations across multiple business units and locations. I also have experience as an Operations Manager at Morgan Advanced Materials, where I managed the production, quality, and engineering functions of a ceramic manufacturing plant. I have a strong background in global supply chain management and information systems, which I acquired from my education at Clarkson University. I am a collaborative and supportive leader, who empowers and enables my team to achieve their goals and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders.
