- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.- Customer Service/Relations- Banking and the Handling of large sums of money/cash- Maintaining security on a premises withholding large amounts of cash through alarm, safe and heavy lock systems- Responsibility of patrons under the influence of alcohol- Upholding premium hospitality hygiene, OHS and safety standards- Oversee maintenance & operation of a large number of Gambling methods (poker machines & TAB betting terminals)- Lone management & leadership of up to 20 - 30 staff members in their various roles and positions on any given day or night.- Responsibility to deal with aggressive or confrontational patrons with or without security.
