I work with the development team to integrate Glance's products with third party applications.

Vodia is a fairly new player in the hosted PBX world, currently offering two CPE solutions as well. Simply put, my role with them is to help launch them into a larger arena and position them as a world-wide competitor. My duties are to manage the development team, creating goals, standards, and accountability measurements as well as creating necessary reports to track progress and partnership retention. I’ve implemented partner retention strategies appropriate to the marketplace and I’ve worked at identifying and providing necessary training to current sales team members. Specifically, I’ve implemented programs like Monday.com, Weekdone, Nutshell CRM, and established relationships for PR pushes domestically and internationally. I create and maintain relationships with strategic partners while overseeing and approving agreement negotiations. Additional responsibilities include managing new GSA and HIPAA certifications, developing and implementing plans for regional meetings and training activities with channel partners and VARs, and identifying needs for new programs and products based on feedback from partners and team members. In addition to my management responsibilities, I develop apps and build integrations that work in tandem with the Vodia PBX phone system giving us a broader reach and increased usability for our partners and customers.

GiveBackTime is a web-based hub for everything volunteering. We have built a software platform for nonprofits to use at no cost to help them organize and communicate with their volunteers. The site doubles as a search interface for individuals looking for volunteer opportunities in their community. We have recently built dashboards for schools and companies that are looking to promote volunteerism within their students/employees.

I encourage and facilitate opportunities for youth to celebrate and develop deeper relationships with God through three channels: Social, Service, and Spiritual.

At Launch, I designed, modeled, and populated relational database schema with PostgreSQL and SQL. Additionally, I implemented automated acceptance and unit tests on both the client and server side with a Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology. I had the opportunity to develop applications from concept to completion using a Ruby on Rails back-end and HTML/CSS/ReactJS front-end, following a test driven development model. Pair programming was encouraged as well as git workflow and team management while developing projects.

I started at Patriot Energy Group as a Commercial Account Executive, working my way up to the first employee in a newly created Key Accounts Team. For the almost 3 years that I worked at Patriot, I was the lead monthly salesman for roughly 65% of the time (sales team size was roughly 40 people during this time). I was exclusively a hunter and was disciplined in my focus to acquire new accounts for the company.
