As a member of the firmware team at the Lutron Boston Engineering office, I programmed in C++ to improve device functionality by helping to minimize RAM usage and promote scalable, reliable, device-side software. Used WSL within Visual Studio Code and applied solutions to real device hardware to develop, test, and eventually integrate my contributions into the devices in the field. At the end of the internship, I presented my contributions to senior embedded engineering employees across the company.
