(Standard Operating Procedures) Create daily staffing plans to attain production. Mentor Leads and Associates to identify areas of opportunity and assist Manager in identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensure assigned tasks are accurately finished in a timely manner. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the receiving process while adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with vendors and buyers to accurately process cancels and RTVs (Return to vendors) Provide hands on and classroom training for Manhattan, warehouse management system.
