Jared Marks is the Managing Director of Marks and Cobb Legal Search, which specializes in Attorney Placements in Law Firms and Corporations.The majority of positions we recruit for are not being advertised and are not posted on Craigslist, Careerbuilder, etc. Our clients use us to get more of a passive candidate pool with spot on experience for what they are recruiting for. The candidates we represent are typically working and do not answer ads or have their resumes posted on the career sites. We only send our clients specific candidates that match up based upon their requirements of experience, practice area and salary. Our services are completely contingent based. Most of our clients have said the fee probably saves them money in terms of hours spent doing the search on their own and with the speed we are able to get someone with the spot on experience at your firm billing, etc.
