I have an advanced diploma in music industry, a certificate IV in workforce development and training, and multiple certifications in audio production and engineering, which enable me to combine technical skills, industry knowledge, and customer service.In my current role at Encore, I manage the sales and operations of a leading audio equipment and service provider, overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects, contracts, and events. I also collaborate with a team of talented sound and mix engineers, providing them with guidance, feedback, and support. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic clients, from musicians and performers, to corporate and educational institutions, to hospitality and entertainment venues.
