Network Analyst Operator/Instructor for the Cyber Vulnerability Assessment/Hunter weapon system on an Air Force retained Cyber Protection Team. Additionally, provide leadership to junior operators and advice to senior leadership as a member of the Director of Operation's Training Shop. ● Provide system administration of the F-22A Integrated Maintenance Information System for the1st MXG and subordinate units. - Utilize Solaris with Trusted Extensions on over 15 servers with multiple classifications on each. - Maintain Oracle Database and utilize SQL queries to find or alter customer requested data. - Configure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) across the system.● Evaluate damaged or malfunctioning equipment and fix or recommend replacement.● Required to be worldwide deployable.

● Maintained and monitored the operations of all Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR)network systems and servers using Solarwinds, Cisco Call Manager, Putty, and Juniper SecureAnalytics.● Admin access to a variety of Cisco devices daily for configuration and troubleshooting.● Provided customer support, service, and technical support through analysis and problem solving.● Conducted Tier-2 analysis of customer issues, generate trouble tickets, and work to ensure timelyresolution.● Documented network events and proactively sought solutions to outages, etc.● Built and maintained NOSC situational awareness through change-over briefings and pass-downlogs.● Built out, maintained, and tore down network environments for customer events.
