• Partner with dealer and General manager through effective communication determining market supplyfor purchased cars, trade-ins and auction cars• Training used car sales staff• Inventory management• Closing customers at the desk• Manage detailers for used vehicle inventory and auction cars• Manage loaner vehicle department to ensure highest level of customer service and accommodatingcustomers switching out of loaners for sale staff to sell• Determining trade ins as retail or auction cars• Purchasing used vehicles for inventory and Acquiring vehicles as the dealerships KBB dealerRepresentative• T’O customers before they leave• Managing vehicles going to service to ensure they are inspected and ready for photos in the shortestamount of time possible• Building relationships with customers, client base and sales staff to boost sales• Work directly with the General Manager to assist with anything inventory related• Managing dent removal, wheel repair and paint/touch up vendors• E leads, CDK, auto iPacket, KBB and vAuto software experience
