A detail oriented and self-driven individual, with a documented ability to excel in both a fully independent, and team related capacity. I possess a diverse array of background experience, from working in the construction trades as a youth, to a wealth of experience in mechanical repair and maintenance, and a passion for 3-dimensional art and aesthetics with experience in pottery, sculpture, and artistic wood working. This blended experience allows me to design with an eye for functionality, practicality, ease of maintenance, and aesthetics.I have proven leadership skills in both work and school settings, experience in team and multi team supervisory roles, and excellent written and oral communication skills with a talent for breaking down difficult to understand concepts. I am an out of the box thinker and problem solver who takes great personal joy from solving complex issues. Since my additional coursework for my degree focused on heat transfer or fluids, I am highly interested in fields such as pump design, energy modeling, or green energy, but I am quite open to any new and interesting opportunity.
