I love working in commercial real estate because each day is different, and brings a new challenge. Each transaction, each deal, each problem is unique, and solving those puzzles keeps me energized, because I know the importance real estate represents to a business and the wide-ranging impact it has. I am passionately dedicated to serving my clients and ensuring I help to put them in the best position possible. The primary focus of my business is representing clients leasing or buying/selling office and industrial buildings in Colorado Springs and Southern Colorado. I also help clients develop and build commercial real estate from the ground up. The Colorado Springs Commercial Real Estate Market is experiencing some tremendous growth, and it’s a very exciting time to be in the industry. Our town has so much potential, and I’m very encouraged by the investment of both local and national real estate companies in our community. My passion to serve is not limited my clients, but to this great country as well. After more than five years of active duty service in the US Army (and deployment to Iraq), I continue to serve as an officer in the Colorado Army National Guard. Leading the young men and women of our Country is an honor and also humbling, their service and sacrifice keep me so optimistic about the future of our nation. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my wife and two children. To keep up with them, I stay active with tennis, running, hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, golfing, and anything else that gets me outside. Colorado is a beautiful state and I try to take advantage of the great weather and scenery as much as time will allow.
