In April of 2008 I took out a monster loan and officially became the owner of IMPM. The plan was simple: delight our customers in the hopes that they would reward us for years to come. Fast forward 12 years and boy did our plan work. We've continued to expand and bring in work that we would only have dreamed of. I enjoy dealing with the technical challenges that come through the door along with the industry trends and technology changes that come with a rapidly evolving industry. Paperwork = not so much. I am always accessible to my customers and my employees and I believe this is what creates a mutually desirable environment. I hope to continue to learn everyday and improve what IMPM can offer to its customers.
