Co-Managed a 16 acre property, fully taking over a year later. I assured the renter is comfortable and dealt with any problems that he/she encountered while renting. I personally maintain the property, changing filters, keeping the propane filled, ect. If the work is out of my scope I arrange for it to be fixed by an appropriate professional. An example is when the well on the property wasn't working properly, I coordinated it to be fixed within 2 days. Additional duties were to collect the rent and to facilitate communication between the renter and the owner.
