In my current role as a Desktop Support Technician at Velocity Trade, I’ve gained experience managing device security, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both internal users and external clients.I’m particularly interested in networking and cloud computing and enjoy putting my learning into practice.
