Mr. Moser received his Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in marketing and business management from Hawai`i Pacific University in Honolulu, Hawai`i. In 2008, he returned to Nevada, where he received his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. While in law school, Mr. Moser received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in International Human Rights, and was recognized for Second Best Brief in the Jerome Prince Evidence Law Moot Court Competition.During law school, Mr. Moser successfully completed two cases as a Certified Student Attorney in Boyd’s Family Justice Clinic. He also externed for the Honorable James T. Russell in the First Judicial District Court of Nevada in Carson City.Mr. Moser began practicing law in Hawai`i in 2011. He returned to Las Vegas in 2012 where he began serving as law clerk to the Honorable Nancy L. Allf in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. During his clerkship, Mr. Moser was also admitted to practice law in Nevada courts. After his clerkship with Judge Allf, Mr. Moser went on to clerk for the Honorable Johnnie B. Rawlinson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Moser is now licensed to practice in the Federal District Court for the District of Nevada as well as in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has authored a published article for the American Inns of Court publication, The Bencher, and served for over one year on the Board of Directors for Refuge for Women, an organization that provides aftercare for women who are former victims of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.While in Hawai`i, Mr. Moser was an avid longboard surfer and hiker. He now enjoys time with his wife, Tara, and their sons, Mason and Kingston. They can often be found hiking or enjoying other outdoor activities around the Las Vegas Valley. Mr. Moser also likes to follow both college and professional football and basketball.
