My current role is using analytics to enable the transportation team to make faster decisions by equipping them with the most up to date data. While having a heavy focus on Wal-Mart OTIF compliance support through root causing challenges, I am also responsible for supporting all customer service driven metrics. My role also requires fulfilling procurement functions of transportation through all stages of an RFP and the enforcement of key metrics post bid.
