I’ve been with Walmart/Pharmacy Department since 2007. It’s been 17 Years this August. 3 years till my lifetime discount, lol. I’m a Certified Pharmacy Technician at the Walmart in O’Fallon, Missouri. Just transferred as of October 8th, 2024, was at Saint Charles Supercenter from 2012-2024 with a hiccup at Supercenter at Manchester. Basically I answer the Phone to help customers with any questions they’ve about their prescriptions or needing refills. Input Prescriptions from doctor offices, Call Insurance Companies or doctor offices for refills or any problems with the customer’s prescription. Fill Prescriptions that come through the queue, and also help the Pharmacist with anything they need help with and also Tasco out customers at the register when picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy.
