I am an accomplished, high integrity information systems leader with long-term vision and technology consolidation experience. I also have broad strategic and operational expertise in the areas of InfoSec, strategic planning, project management, and cost control. At my previous position I managed and directed all aspects of information technology for Delcam locations in both the United States and Canada. During this time, I assessed needs through IT benchmarks and budgeted for each of the locations assuring smooth operations through long-term growth.I coordinated with external departments to design and create new projects using Agile and Lean methodologies. A variety of hardware and software projects allowed me to create policies & procedures, in addition to training programs for employees using these systems. Through open communication, these projects were made into reusable solutions for multiple business requirements.I have designed business continuity plans consisting of resilience, recovery, and contingency plans. These business continuity plans accounted for hardware failure as well as security breaches and natural disasters. My tactical planning and risk management averted multiple business threats.After working with companies of all sizes, I am now looking for a position offering me new leadership opportunities and fresh challenges.
