Volunteered at a local, private high school to assist in computer repairs and maintenance, specifically in the computer labs and teacher workstations. Day-to-day tasks would include monitoring the school’s network, patching Windows XP and 7 machines, maintaining Cisco servers and network hardware, and troubleshooting repeat issues with the school’s administrative intranet. Also included printer troubleshooting or access point installations.
