-Stores supervision.-Attending to customers complains and implementing solutions.-Stocktaking.-Counter-checking all invoiced orders to ensure correct item,quantity and quality before dispatched to customers.-Receiving and storing all incoming consignments to ensures they tally with invoice.-Raising credit notes on goods returns.-Implementing stores procedures in-order to control wastage and fraud.-Training and recruiting of new stores staff .-Any other duties allocated by the Management.

-Banking of cash collected at the Lodge.-Prepare daily sales reports for all revenue outlets-Stocktaking at the bars.-Handling petty cash and reconciliation.-Stores supervision to ensure no pilferage and any other loss to the company.-Collecting all invoices and present them to accounts department for payment.-Handling purchases for the lodge.-Prepare end-month reports.eg Food cost,beverage cost and stocks reports.
