As a PhD student in Chemistry Education, I investigated undergraduate chemistry students' attitudes toward chemistry, their chemistry self-efficacy beliefs, and career aspirations in a bid to identify factors that influence students progression with chemistry course units from one year level to another. My study involved collecting quantitative and qualitative data, data analysis, and presenting my work at academic seminars and conferences, writing research reports and publishing part of research work.
