Overseeing and Supervising Performance, Support, Enhancements and Integration of various Banking Systems and Digital Channels, Digital Transformation Ambassador as well as Automation of processes in liaison with the Various Technical Teams and Business Stakeholders.

Responsible for providing optimized support and maintenance of the Core Banking System and Business Support Systems to ensure efficient operations. This is both a support role and a value addition involving working closely with Business, Operations and other relevant teams within the bank by performing system optimization through research, design, analysis, documentation, development and implementation of approved solutions for issues and improvements. The role is also charged with development of appropriate reports and administration services in a manner that ensures that all customer information is secure and pertinent Service Level Agreements measures are consistently attained.Daily, weekly, monthly and annually (budgetary)planning.Deployment of Unit staff as per role and skills set as well as shift management Directing & Supervising direct reports and system vendors. Monitoring & Controlling of System performance, issues resolutions, adherence to SLAs, response to user queries and system problems.

• Administer, maintain, monitor and perform custodial duties on the Core Banking System and all other assigned applications (Treasury, Clearing, Lending, etc.) so as to ensure optimal use, efficiency, reliability and stability as per agreed levels of service delivery.• Execute the planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, integration, system upgrades and enhancements of Core Banking system and other Core Applications in line with the Change Management policy. • Liaise with business users to conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Tests (UATs) with all new deployments for compliance and ensure the business needs are met• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by users across the bank and customers, within agreed Service Levels.• Provide user support by availing accurate and reliable data, training and advising them on appropriate solutions applicable within the systems for maximum productivity• Provide 24 hour on call support and supervise day-to-day support of the core system and all assigned business application systems. • Analyse, design, program and develop accurate functionality and reports.• Identify, propose and evaluate improvements to systems, functionality and processes as appropriate.• Coordinate users and service providers issues-resolution through reporting, tracking and enhancement to business applications to ensure expected service levels• Ensure EOD is successfully done by offering technical support and troubleshooting reported challenges in the end of day processes • Monitor systems performance by reviewing relevant system alerts/reports against set banking system performance targets• Documentation of banking system operational procedures for reference and compliance. Ensure that they are in place, reviewed and updated.

• Support, Maintenance and Upgrade of the Core Banking System and the related Interfaces/Applications• Performing Installation, Configuration, Management and Maintenance of Servers ( Interface Profiles) in Unix, Linux and Windows Operating Systems• Technical Support of the Core Banking System (BFUB) and Integration with other Banking Business Systems eg RTPS, Opics used by treasury, Trade Finance System, Misys Meridian Manager and Bpower Application among others.• Assisting the Business in creation of Business Requirement Documents and product configuration templates.• Configuration and Testing of existing and new product module functionalities before deployment in the production environment.• Participating in disaster recovery and BCP plans of the Organization including developing, maintaining and monitoring procedures for all Server backups & restores (both media and hot-backups/restores)

• Setup Support of Core Banking System and other ICT Business Application systems/Projects• Setup of all the relevant ICT Infrastructure, Systems and Applications for the opening of South Sudan Branches• Effective implementation support, maintenance of core banking and other applications running in Head Office and the Branches. The Applications are: Bankmaster, Branchpower, SWIFT , Sigcap, and Datastore among others• Users Active directory support

• Performing Installation, Configuration, Management and Maintenance of Servers ( Interface Profiles) in Unix, Linux and Windows Operating Systems• Implementation of the Upgrade of Core Banking System (BFUB) and Integration with other Banking Business Systems eg RTPS, Opics used by treasury, Trade Finance System, Misys Meridian Manager and Bpower Application among others.• Assisted the Business in creation of Business Requirement Documents and product configuration templates for building into the new core banking system.• Configuration and Testing of existing and new product module functionalities• Migrating data from the existing legacy system (Bank Master) to the new core-banking system (BankFusion) and running validations on the migrated data to confirm accuracy. • Facilitating the Training of both Technical and Business Users within the branch network on functionalities of the new core banking system and preparing and executing test scripts for SIT and UAT. • Participating in disaster recovery and BCP plans of the Organization including developing, maintaining and monitoring procedures for all Server backups & restores (both media and hot-backups/restores)• Perform implementation and or upgrade of banking applications within branches & Head Office. • Participate in resolution of systems related problems under the guidance.• Maintain the systems once installed and provide guidance to users in line with the Business requirements of the organization.
