In my current role as lead engineer at Icombat of East West Wisconsin, I have worked with a great team to bring to market dozens of new products in the Laser Tag industry. As the primary mechanical engineer and designer for these projects, I am responsible for their market appeal as well as their reliability and durability. After being responsible for the creation of thousands of machined, cast, or injection molded parts with Solidworks, I bring valuable experience to bear that shortens time to market and cuts costs. I add value to the Icombat team also with years of 3D printer operation, creating tangible prototypes to quickly finalize new product design and function.

At Special Ops Paintball I was a minority shareholder and R&D Manager. I lead a team of 6 engineers and designers to create 2 new products each month in the paintball industry. Our company and specifically the products I oversaw changed the paintball industry across the world. We led the market in new product creation. My team's innovation was responsible for a major partnership deal with Tippmann Sports, a major paintball gun manufacturer. My team created a new gun and accessory concept in 2 weeks, complete with rapid prototypes for Tippmann which generated years of profitable partnership.
