As a commercial construction superintendent, my main responsibility is to ensure that the construction project runs smoothly and efficiently. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, making sure that all work is completed according to schedule and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards. I manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring that they are meeting their deadlines and adhering to the project specifications. I also work closely with project managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.My job requires a strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. I need to be able to adapt quickly to changes in project plans and be able to problem-solve on the job. Above all, my goal is to ensure that the project is completed successfully and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

• The company was a startup, and contracted through Lowes, I was with them from day one I helped give valuable feedback on their AutoCAD system that was used to draw the projects and allowed the technicians an easier process to fulfill their job• I was the youngest area manager the company had along with managing southeast Louisiana by myself. As architect I would draw in each job using a three-dimensional Auto-CAD system and sends in each job to be given a quote using a formula input system.• Created schematic renderings in computer-aided software to produce 2D and 3D models.• Collaborated with architects, engineers and customers to quickly resolve planning and construction issues on over 2,500 projects.• Facilitated communication between team members regarding project tasks and deadlines.• Discussed design specifications and procedures with project manager, engineering team and construction manager.
