• Lead a team of Manufacturing and Industrial Engineers in daily support of production; identifying & addressing bottlenecks, defects and process related issues.• Develop and maintain Kaizen roadmap• Develop tools, processes and people necessary to build continuous improvement culture• Develop Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tools and training. • Lead and participate in the Continuous Improvement team planning, organizing, and prioritizing of VSM and Kaizen events.• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, ensuring that actions items are closed out per agreed upon schedules.• Document and present to the Continuous Improvement Manager/Leadership Team success stories such as; Safety, Quality, and process improvement details i.e. cost savings, efficiency gains, etc. • Support the Safety Coordinator through the completion and documentation of Job Hazard Analysis and implementation of corrective actions as part of the Kaizen process.• Support the Sustaining Manufacturing Engineering responsibilities including but not limited to; new equipment purchases, developing, documenting, and modifying fabrication and assembly procedures and specifications, process improvement activities, review of labor standards, line balancing, work station layout, etc.• Promote growth and development of team members.

Perform testing and validation required for new product developmentProvide design input and CAD assistance to new and existing product designResponsible for developing and implementing CAD standards Multiple project coordination with marketing, manufacturing and others regarding customer input, design requirements, release and serviceability
