My role was aimed at developing junior racing drivers skills both on and off the track with the intention of them reaching professional driver status. This development included;- Teaching technical car dynamics to ages under 13- Analysing data, vehicle and driver performance- Creating performance-enhancing psychological strategies for junior drivers

Mtec motorsport is an Australian based race team that travels to New Zealand to compete in the Castrol Toyota Gazoo race series each year.
