When COVID hit, we launched a custom Azure cloud application for Vancouver Coastal Health in three weeks. We expanded to onboard Island Health with provincial funding three months later. As Product Owner, I transitioned our team and stakeholders to Agile Scrum in a waterfall environment. We innovated contact tracing through each wave of COVID, then pivoted to sustain influenza and COVID outbreak management in long-term care facilities.
