The IMO is an industry-funded organisation whose role is to operate and develop the Wholesale Electricity Market and the Gas Services Information functions in WA. I am responsible for the day-to-day financial and management accounting tasks including accounts processing and statutory reporting obligations, month-end reconciliations and reporting including management packs and variance analysis, managing the accounts receivable and payable processes and various other financial tasks.

I was a Senior Accountant within the Private Clients division responsible for all aspects of taxation compliance including completion of financial statements and taxation returns for trusts, companies, partnerships and individuals. I also worked on indirect taxation specifically GST/BAS and FBT returns and attendance to PAYG matters. I also had exposure and performed financial statements audits of unlisted and not for profit entities as well as real estate and solicitors trust account audits.
