I have 6+ years experience in the environmental consulting industry, and have worked on a wide range of projects. These projects include NYSDEC Superfund remedial designs and construction oversight, designs of recreational facilities for NYS Parks, design of green infrastructure for the NYS Office of General Services, and field inspection of engineering controls.I am very interested in the emerging field of "green infrastructure," which utilizes open space and features such as rain gardens, rain barrels, bioswales, vegetated swales, etc. to handle stormwater runoff. I have performed modeling of green infrastructure at the scale of individual properties, neighborhoods, and for urban areas, and have completed designs of green infrastructure features for municipalities along the Lake Erie shoreline in New York State.
