My main responsibilities in this role included training Team Leaders in regular group training sessions, providing one-on-one training with self-assessments performed by Team Leaders, as well as organising company events like the StudyTime annual workshops.

My responsibilities in this role include; managing a team of tutors, providing regular one-on-one coaching for each member, and facilitating group learning through fortnightly training sessions. The purpose of my role was to develop a new Educational Consultant throughout their entire journey in the role, and to prepare them to manage their own team.

In this role I was responsible for designing, implementing, assessing and improving upon a roadmap for each of my students' educational goals, as well as providing regular feedback to parents on their progress. I was also responsible for providing weekly reflections to my managers who assessed my progress and aided my development.
