While in the service I learned how to work as a team member and a leader. In the service I was in a supervisory position. I was in charge of 3 team members. I trained them on the equipment and vehicles that we used. As long with maintaining the vehicles and saving the army 100000 dollars and more. I was also responsible for driving vehicles. Good team player, eager to learn and grow within the transportation industry. Reliable and work well with others in a professional setting. Easy to approach, problem solving, and detail orientated. These are some of the qualities I have along with being able to manage a team, and get the job done in a timely matter along with any stressful situation that may present itself. Along with managing drivers and pay roll, making sure loads are out on time these are also some of the things I did as an assistant manager
