Sales Manager covering the Northern half of California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, and Western Colorado. Our team is comprised of 8 territory managers and a Key Account manager.Included in my responsibilities are: Leading the development of the Key Account program for the U.S. Business. The responsibilities in the role cover: training, skill sets, progressions, short term and long term strategy, and project management. National Account Management of a National Customer with multiple locations around the U.S. The responsibilities include: training, contract management, and overall solution management.

For the first half of my time in this role my primary focus was on managing a call center and the logistics of covering the needs of both our Companion Animal, Food Animal, and Distribution groups for the US market. Then I moved into a project management focused role covering projects ranging from creation of SOPs to compliance auditing, to leading the operational relaunch of our stocked out products. During this time I managed a smaller team which focused more on project management as well but also had support focus on our sales team.
