Community Decarbonization Partners (CDP) is a project development firm focused on accelerating neighborhood scale decarbonization efforts through public-private partnerships and strategic coalition building. CDP is actively engaged in early-stage decarbonization infrastructure project development throughout the Northeast. Conducted planning activities and public outreach to update the Village of Haverstraw Comprehensive Plan and Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan (LWRP).

Implement energy and water conservation strategies via new technology and asset management tools. Integrate and collaborate between siloed departments to achieve owner efficiency goals and organizational change.

Conduct annually $30M in electricity, oil, and natural gas annual procurement for a large commercial and residential real estate portfolio. Create and implement energy efficiency and on-site power generation strategies for roughly 130 residential and commercial buildings in the New York Metropolitan region. Managed NYC Local Laws 84 and 87 energy benchmarking and audits compliance for the full portfolio.

Conducted site/construction management and site design duties for a New Urbanist, Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) at Warwick Grove, Warwick, New York. Compiled the company "green statement" of sustainable best practices and requirements for Energy Star rated homes.

Secured $55K from NYSDEC Estuary Program and NYS Dept. of Parks.
