As a primary consultant I assess, manage and implement technology solutions for businesses and organizations throughout the in the Rockford area and the Midwest. With my knowledge I help steer the companies that i consult for in the correct direction for there IT needs.Help create strategic IT road maps for companies to help save them money every year.

I was the primary remote technician,answered and provided over the phone support for 300 clients as well as in shop computer repair. Onsite computer support and installation of workstations and servers.

• Support more than 200 end-users (local and remote) with computer, network and peripheral devices.• Manage the configuration and performance management of all PC systems.• Support all aspects of company telecommunication needs including land lines and cell phones.• Maintain passwords, data integrity and file system security using Active Directory.• Manage backup software for distribution and maintenance all computers and peripherals.• Support the use of VPN and mobile device access to enterprise systems, including e-mail services.• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.• Maintain WAN connections, including T1 lines, between multiple sites and for internet connectivity.• Create requisitions and follow-up on purchase orders for expensed and capital equipment.• Receive, document and track inventory of all computer equipment and software licenses.• Train IFS ERP users on basic system navigation.• Manage McAfee Antivirus and Securepipe MailMaxx services to maintain.• Currently supporting 40+ windows 2003 enterprise servers( domain server, exchange server 2003, file server, backup server, SQL server, print servers)• Building Windows 2003/2008 servers( Installing O.S. software and configuring)
