The Business Incubator is a high school honors program designed to expose students to all aspects of entrepreneurship and enterprise. Students are mentored by real entrepreneurs/business experts, and are guided through the Lean start-up process of ideation, market research, and business model development. High School Hired is a web-based service that connects quality teenage employees with community businesses. High School Hired received $20,000 in funding in 2015. I was selected by Board of Investors to take over from previous management to further develop and grow this fully funded start-up business.
