I supported all manner of Windows and OSX software issues that a customer might encounter that could be fixed over a remote login session.

• Work on dye sublimation printers, fixing all issues that they encounter, whether with rollers, cams and gears, or mainboards.• Repair the terminal heads for customer facing print solution kiosks; most common failure is with the custom power supply, so helped develop a solution using the cabling from the custom supply adapted to fit a similar form factor replacement.• During the acquisition of Sony's contracts and hardware, delved into the software to fix an issue we were having with replacing optical disk drives with easily acquirable replacements.
