I have experience scheduling with GoldCare. I also have experience using Oracle (a Java-based database system used to track deliveries) and IBM's AS400 (a GUI-based system similar to Oracle, a database used to track delivery invoices and customer balance owed, as well as receiving and applying payments)I've learned how to work hard, fast, and under stressful conditions. I know how to problem-solve in a professional environment. I've learned how to work in a team environment as well as in an individual one. I have learned a lot working at my current job, not only about the software I use (Excel, AS400, and Oracle) but also about tracking finances through the time of shipment/manufacture (if applicable), to delivery of goods/services, to payment. I've learned how to balance these payments against said deliveries, and how to go about researching and requesting things such as short payments and missed payments in a timely manner.
