Maintains a strong knowledge of the service agreements at IGS Home Warranty to effectively communicate the protection guidelines in a clear and concise manner. Handles customer enrollments into our new products, as well as answer any questions they may have before signing up with us. Handle claim calls in an effective manner that includes interacting with the customer to understand their situation, communicate expectations of the claim process, and inform customers of repair and replacement procedure for a covered claim. Locate and dispatch local contractors to repair or replace covered items under the customers warranty. Maintains effective communication between the customer and contractor throughout the claim process to ensure all the requirements are met. Handle real estate transactions to process the home warranty sale through the process of closing on a house for the buyer.

Pro Shop Attendant - Greet and direct customers while providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services), answer customers’ questions about specific products/services, conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing, ensure racks are fully stocked with items, manage returns of merchandise. Gameday Attendant - Answer questions, give directions, handle Lost & Found items, assist fans with any issues or concerns, and enforce safety precautions across the arena.

Running the Alpha Tau Omega, Epsilon Kappa chapter social media to keep the public in touch with all the good deeds, and strong leadership skills throughout the chapter, while also maintaining a positive reputation in the public eye on campus.
