Heading up a team of 7 direct reports and multiple contractors focused on maintenance and reliability for the equipment required to produce a gas field in the San Juan basin that averages north of 450mmcfd of natural gas. The team is responsible for maintaining 300+ artificial lift units, 200+ compressors and multiple water transfer pumps. We also maintain remote telemetry units with associated end devices and separation units on every well site in our field.

Heading up a team that is responsible for corrective and preventative maintenance on 823 compressors, 375 pumping units and 1,500 separation units that are required to help produce ~186,000MMCFD of natural gas in the San Juan Basin. My team is also responsible for the operations and maintenance of 1,682 remote telemetry units, electronic gas meters and all electrical maintenance on our AC powered sites. We also handle preventive and corrective maintenance on the PD pumps associated with 6 UIC wells that are required to properly dispose of thousands of barrels of produced water each day. I have 7 direct reports that are responsible for maintaining our company owned fleet and work with 16 contract service companies to provide quality assurance and quality control for our rental fleet and contract maintenance.

In this position I prioritize and deceminate top down directives to ten field technicians and provide a single point of contact for bottom up feedback to our team leader and operations center manager. I help prioritize daily duties concerning production delivery and maintenance activities as well as provide hands on mentoring in the field. I also fill in for our team leader as needed for financial and work plan approvals. Our team is responsible for 580 conventional natural gas wells that utilize artificial lift and wellhead compression to make an average of 46,000 mcfd.

Ensure process equipment is safe to be around. Contractor over site QA/QC. Acoustic emission testing on storage tanks.

Operate 126 producing wells and two Underground Injection Wells.

Coordinate PM schedule for 5 mechanics and perform heavy maintenance and overhauls.
