Analyzed potential legal claims and crafted memorandums related to civil rights matters including: federal and state disability in education law, constitutional challenges to laws against loitering and soliciting, claims related to the Fourth Amendment Terry stop standard, First Amendment claims involving vanity license plates, and claims related to the Prison Litigation Reform Act. Helped prepare attorneys for depositions in vanity license plate case and attended said depositions.
