Since the start of 2006, I have been involved with field projects in industrial locations. I've spent many hours hands on and leading crews in numerous Power Plants, Pipelines, Refineries, Chemical Plants, Pumping Stations, and Shipyards. Services including Bolting, Tensioning, On-Site Machining, Induction Heating and some Resistance. I was also privileged to work offshore for a year on and off of multiple oil rigs, including BP's Thunderhorse. We helped make a plan in setting up their torquing with tracking though-out the platform. Looking to be more involved with Bolttech Mannings, I was honored to receive a position in Service Operations at our headquarters location in the spring of 2016. Day to day is working with our sales team in estimating RFQ's, assigning manpower to jobs, keeping track of financials for each job and everything in-between. This has helped in my career, knowledge of the industry, and continuing to grow. We now have a great team in the company that work very well in problem solving and involvement in every step toward success for each job opportunity presented to us.
