Worked various jobs at The Center including assisted residents with organizing their supplements, landscaping the grounds, heavy lifting, moving resident's belongings in and out of the facility. I also assisted the medical team with anything they needed. Currently spending most of my time with the Head Chef in coming up with new recipes, maintaining kitchen inventory, cooking and cleaning, and very specific dietary restrictions for the residents as the meals must be gluten, dairy, and sugar free. All while providing a supportive place for the residents to recover while getting off of their medication at this AZ licensed facility for mental health.

Steward responsible for washing dishes, cleaning dish area and entire kitchen as well as hotel front and back and cafeteria as well as prepping vegetables and other food items and serving the Employee meals.

Initially hired to wash the dishes and was promoted to Kitchen Steward. Duties included preparation for corporate events, weddings, and assisted all the members of the Club with their various requests regarding their meals, dietary needs, and assisted in maintaining a high nutritional value of the foods we prepared and served. Set-up tables, bussed tables, made desserts, prepped fruits and vegetables, cleaned the facility after the events. Received great feedback on a job well done from other staff and my superiors.

Great job that was seasonal as we explored and studied animal migration patterns in the Atlantic Ocean. Did extensive research as the whales were micro-chipped and we followed their behavior and mating patterns throughout the migration. My responsibilities included collecting data, analyzing the data, creating graphs, and presenting my conclusions to my boss.
