• Participated in the acquisition of financing for real estate projects by assisting in securing Construction Loans, Permanent Loans and Mezzanine Debt. o Prepared financing pitch packages for banks and potential.
• Built and maintained 5-year and 10-year cash flow proformas for RMC’s in-house portfolio of shopping centers, comprising around 10 properties.
