Not only was he experienced and knowledgeable about all forms of production, but his drive and work ethic put him above others. He was very cooperative, and demonstrated abilities that would make any employer very happy. He worked with many different applications in the Adobe Creative Suite and created different videos and graphics that we will show our future interns as examples. Jared is a treasure, and every company he works for will realize that from the start. " and "I have had the pleasure of working with many talented students over many years at SIUE. It's especially enjoyable to watch a student develop their skills and begin to see a passion emerge through work on our video crew. Jared quickly became one of those students where I saw that passion emerge. He enjoys his work and he's good at it. In-Game Entertainment: Direct a Gateway Grizzlies game live production, including, but not limited to, stadium audio, technical director, camera operators, and PA announcer, adding enjoyment to the fan experience. Staff the press box for each Gateway Grizzlies game and events. Assist with training and development of team members and interns, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to be successful. Design graphics and art for in-game, entertainment, and external marketing purposes. Oversee team photography and video editing for video board purposes. Check all press box equipment regularly to make sure everything is working correctly. If repairs are needed, gather multiple repair quotes, present recommendation to the general manager for approval. Promotions: Work with the Promotions Director to create and execute a fresh and entertaining in-game experience for every Gateway Grizzlies game and additional extra events. Communicate with Team Izzy and the promotions team about details for specific game and event promotions. Sales:Generate revenue as outlined in sales goals through weekly sales calls for individual, group, and all-inclusive tickets.
