Responsible for orchestrating the kids tennis program ensuring that they come away with a sound knowledge of how to play tennis and the enjoyment to keep them interested in the sport. I enjoy coaching kids the most because they reciprocated my enthusiasm which makes learning tennis fun for them and teaching tennis fun for me.

Hipac is one of the largest processed meats manufacturers in the Caribbean and my role there involved process analysis and optimisation, data collection and interpretation and creating proposals on how they can maximise their output and possibly create a more sustainable range of products. My time at Hipac resulted in the formulation and dissemination of factory guidelines for each production line which underpinned the quality control of their production
