I’m passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making and enhance efficiency in supply chain operations. In my role at DRiV Inc., I create custom databases tailored to our current Warehouse Management and ERP systems. These databases not only help track, analyze, report, and meet customer requirements, but also gather historical data to anticipate future trends.By creating quality tracking databases and corresponding analysis reports, I’ve contributed to improvements in warehouse operations. My expertise extends to SAP, where I have proficient knowledge of MM, PTP, OTC, and SEC modules, and I’ve created numerous SQ01 queries and infosets with custom-coded fields.I thrive in challenging environments and pride myself on being a motivated team player. I have lent my support across various business areas, including Supply Chain, Inventory, Material Master, and Customer Service. My proficiency extends to various platforms such as Manhattan (WM and Labor Management), MOVE WM, Oracle, and Microsoft Office. Beyond that, I am competent in troubleshooting and repairing computers, resolving OS issues, and helping users navigate Microsoft operating systems.I am currently providing support to three DC’s that collectively span over 1 million square feet. As much as I relish these professional challenges, I equally love sharing my knowledge and empowering others to be tech-savvy.Outside of work, I balance my time between my family and pursuing a Bachelor of Sciences in Management Information Systems at UAB. I have a deep-rooted passion for technology, which I express by fixing, building, programming computers, and dabbling in web design and Photoshop. In my free time, you’ll find me capturing the world through my camera or drone.
